Mark has joined SPC as our Factory Manager and brings a wealth of experience in operational leadership across a wide range of industries. With a background in B2B, B2C, manufacturing, service sectors, SMEs and global NYSE-listed organisations, Mark has a strong track record in P&L leadership, business development, and scaling operations.

He is passionate about driving continuous improvement, with expertise in quality management, health & safety, strategic planning, and the implementation of LEAN practices. Mark is already making an impact at SPC, supporting improvements across the site, from Health & Safety initiatives and near miss reporting to practical updates like the factory car park.

Mark is focused on working closely with the team to enhance efficiency, uphold quality, and ultimately deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, he enjoys keeping active at the gym, watching Formula 1, and spending time with his family.
