Claverham Community College in Battle, East Sussex has recently undergone improvements in its approach to indoor comfort and sustainability. The upgrade involved the installation of four Forcefield Air Curtains, selected for their powerful energy efficiency and modern design.
These Air Curtains measure 2m in length and have been installed in the main entrances of the college. Their primary purpose is to create a continuous barrier, extending all the way down to floor level. This maintains a consistently comfortable indoor temperature but also plays a role in minimising energy loss and maximising overall efficiency.
The installation was carried out by Derry Building Services, with Bowmer + Kirkland serving as the main contractor for the entire project.
